ABOUT ME.

My name is Laura. Florence-based but originally from Kenya, I am a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice and a decade of teaching experience.

MY JOURNEY ACROSS BORDERS

Every place we live leaves a mark on who we become. My yoga journey is a story written across continents, cultures, and life-changing transitions.

Yoga first found me in Sri Lanka. What began as a simple curiosity quickly transformed into a profound, life-changing journey of personal growth and well-being. From there, my path took me across borders—from Sri Lanka and Cambodia to the Philippines, where I stepped into my calling with a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Living across the globe, alongside the daily practice of motherhood, has been my greatest teacher. It has shown me how to meet both life’s challenges and the yoga mat with unwavering patience, resilience, and grace.

THE PRACTICE

My studies encompass both traditional yoga and human physiology, giving me a deep understanding of how the body moves, heals, and strengthens.

But beyond the physical benefits, yoga has been my ultimate tool for self-discovery. It has consistently revealed hidden aspects of myself, helping me navigate motherhood, international relocation, and the unpredictable chaos of daily life.

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen an established practice, my goal as a guide is to encourage practitioners to approach yoga from the inside out, allowing the wisdom, strength, and peace we cultivate on the mat to resonate beautifully in our everyday lives.
