ABOUT ME.

My name is Laura. I am originally from Kenya, currently living in the beautiful city of Florence, Italy.

I am a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice and a decade of teaching experience. Yoga first found me in Sri Lanka. What began as a simple curiosity quickly transformed into a profound, life-altering journey of personal growth and well-being. My yoga journey is a story written across continents, cultures, and life-changing transitions.

My path has been deeply shaped by the diverse places I have called home. From the spiritual warmth of Sri Lanka to the rich traditions of Cambodia, the vibrant energy of the Philippines, and now the artistic soul of Italy, every country has left an imprint on who I am. These global perspectives, combined with my role as a mother, have taught me how to approach both life and the mat with patience, resilience, and grace.

In my teaching, I bridge two worlds: the physical and the internal. My studies encompass both traditional yoga and human physiology, giving me a deep understanding of how the body moves, heals, and strengthens.

But beyond the physical benefits, yoga has been my ultimate tool for self-discovery. It has consistently revealed hidden aspects of myself, helping me navigate motherhood, relocation, and the beautiful chaos of daily life.

As a guide, my goal is to encourage practitioners to approach yoga from the inside out. Allowing the wisdom, strength, and peace we cultivate on the mat to resonate beautifully in our everyday life.
