Siena Piazza del Campo is the heart of Siena and the precise meeting point of the three hills on which Siena is built. The venue was the main gathering square for major political and social events, hence its iconic status in Tuscany.

This historically significant spot hosts the bi-annual Palio di Siena horse race. Picture James Bond in the Quantum of Solace! 

After sauntering through the cobbled alleyways of Siena, we love hanging around this exuberant Piazza to marvel at its architectural beauty. No wonder it is considered one of the most aesthetically pleasing squares in all of Europe’s renowned medieval squares.
